A threatening email for the actor Salman Khan was received by his manager and close friend, Prashant Gunjalkar, on Saturday from Goldy Brar’s assistant Mohit Garg. In the email, Mohit included Lawrence Bishnoi’s latest interview from Tihar prison and added that Goldy would like to meet the actor in person. Earlier in an interview, Lawrence Bishnoi had stated that the actor’s ego will be crushed. The Bandra police have registered an FIR against Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldy Brar, and Mohit Garg. The Bishnoi community regards blackbuck as a holy animal and has been angry with the actor since he was related to a scandal for reportedly murdering a blackbuck while filming a movie in 1998.
Threatening Email to Salman Khan’s Manager
On Saturday afternoon, a threatening email for the actor Salman Khan was received by his manager and close friend, Prashant Gunjalkar, from Goldy Brar’s assistant Mohit Garg. Mohit included Lawrence Bishnoi’s latest interview from Tihar prison in the email and added that Goldy would like to meet the actor in person. Earlier in an interview, Lawrence Bishnoi had stated that the actor’s ego will be crushed. According to the FIR filed by Bandra police, the sender’s ID was Mohit Garg. Prashant sought the assistance of the police after getting the mail and filed a case in Bandra. An FIR was filed against Bishnoi, Brar, and Garg based on the complaint. The FIR was filed on criminal intimidation and common purpose accusations.
Previous Threats on Salman Khan
This is not the first time the actor has been targeted by the Bishnoi gang. A menacing note was placed at Bandra Bandstand in June last year, where the actor’s father Salim Khan often goes for walks. According to the threat letter, the actor will suffer the same fate as singer Siddhu Moosewala. In such a scenario, an FIR had also been filed. Last year, the Bishnoi gang was engaged in the murder of Moosewala.
