Despite the ongoing tension, General Chauhan refrained from making any judgment on which nation’s maps were “wrong.” His statement calls for a more nuanced approach to resolving the dispute, recognizing the complex nature of the issue.

The CDS also stressed the importance of continued diplomatic efforts and peaceful negotiations between the two countries. While the dispute remains unresolved, he acknowledged that dialogue remains the key to addressing such critical issues.
