Delhi man from Bhagwan Nagar Ashram on Monday received a pack of Parle-G biscuits instead of the remote control car he ordered in another incident of online confusion from the e-commerce site.
The occurrence became clear after the man named Vikram Buragohain posted on his Facebook profile with the title:”Instead of what you ordered, you will receive Parle-G biscuit.
The banana padega from Chai….” Originually, Buragohain ordered “Recargeable 4Wd 2.4GHz Rock Crawler Off-Road R/C Car Monster Kids Toys,” but what he received was a Parle-G biscuit packet.
When Buragohain said in an social media”I began to wonder how the package could be so small after I had received it, and when I opened it I saw how I had been cheated, and was sent a pack of Parle-G biscuits instead of the controlled remote car.”
Buragohain added that he had previously lodged a complaint on the website, and the giant of e-commerce began to reimburse him for it and apologise for the wrong product.
Earlier this month, a man from Maharashtra’s Mumbai ordered Colgate mouthwash from an online shopping platform, only to receive a Redmi Note 10 phone worth Rs 13,000 instead.
This man, on the other hand, was fortunate enough to obtain a smartphone. However, many previous incidents in which people received bricks instead of phones and Play Station 5 after ordering from well-known online shopping platforms made headlines.
