The floodwaters have wreaked havoc in multiple low-lying areas of Delhi, including Wazirabad, Boat Club, Pandav Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, and Bhajanpura. Commuters in these regions are forced to wade through flooded streets, battling the adverse conditions.
