Raj Kundra: At the centre and on account of pornography and publishing via mobile applications, the armsprime media firm, which led to the capture of tycoon Raj Kundra, has two director — Sanjay Kumar Tripathy and Saurabh Kushwah.
Armsprime Media Private Limited was founded in February 2019 by a private corporation. It is registered as a non-governmental company with the Mumbai Company Registrar.
The company is active in sports and other recreational activities with an authorised share capital of Rs 10 lakh.
Last year’s Annual General Assembly (AGM) of Armsprime Media Private Limited took place on 25 September 2019 and its balance sheet was last filed on 31 March 2019, according to records from Ministry of Corprise Affairs (MCA).
Sanjay Kumar Tripathy and Saurabh Kushwah were directors of the Armsprime Media Private Limited.
Also, Sanjay Tripathi is Director of Invesco asset management in India, Spartech companies, Travxo technology, Agilio digital solutions and Agilio laboratories.
He also has the following responsibilities: Raj Kundra aka Ripu Sudan Kundra is listed as director of as much as nine companies as the husband of actress Shilpa Shetty.
He is Shilpa Yog Private Limited’s director, he knows the name of the actress but Shetty is no director.
Kundra’s other companies are Cinematographic Media Works, Bastian Hospitality, Kundra Constructions, J.L. Stream, Aqua Energy Beverages, Viaan Industries, Whole And Some Private Limited, Clearcom Private Media.
Both Kundra and Shetty were Kundra Constructions’ managers but now the company was picked up.
In no more than 23 companies is Shilpa Shetty Kundra listed as director. In the past, she was Director of certain companies which were now stripped of rolls.
