The FIR in the Seema Haider case reveals significant details about the events that transpired, starting from a meeting in 2019 to an attempted marriage in 2023. The case involves Seema Haider, a Pakistani woman who came to India to be with her lover, Sachin Meena. This article provides an overview of the FIR and the sequence of events described by Sachin.
Meeting on PUBG and Communication
According to Sachin’s statement in the FIR, he met Seema Ghulam Haider in 2019 while playing an online PUBG game. Their interaction began through platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Seema Haider’s husband, Ghulam Haider, was away in Dubai for work, and her father, Ghulam Raza, had passed away in 2022, leaving her alone. She expressed her desire to be with Sachin.
Traveling to Nepal
As Seema Haider was unable to obtain a visa to come directly to India, Sachin obtained a Nepal visa and traveled to Nepal via Sarjahan on March 10, 2023. Sachin and Seema both stayed in Kathmandu, Nepal, near the New Vinayak Hotel, New Bus Park, for seven days. Subsequently, Seema returned to Pakistan.
Return to Nepal with Children
On May 10, Seema Haider returned to Nepal with her four children, having obtained a Nepal visa for herself and the children. They traveled from Kathmandu to Pokhara by van and stayed there overnight. The following day, they took a Pokhara-Kathmandu-Delhi bus. Throughout their journey, they maintained contact with Sachin. They disembarked near Falida Cut on the Yamuna Expressway on the night of May 13, 2023, where Sachin picked them up and took them to a rented house in Mohalla Ambedkar Nagar, Kasba Rabupura. Seema, along with her four children, began living with Sachin there.
Attempted Marriage and Caught at the Border
Seema Haider described their failed attempt to marry in the FIR. After informing his father about the situation after 4-5 days, Sachin’s father objected to the marriage, citing differences in lifestyle due to Seema being Pakistani. Sachin’s father asked them to come to a court in Bulandshahr for a marriage, but upon presenting their passports and documents, the lawyer informed them that a Pakistani citizen cannot marry Sachin. While attempting to leave for Delhi, they were apprehended.
The FIR sheds light on the case involving Seema Haider and Sachin Meena. It outlines their initial meeting through PUBG, their communication, travel to Nepal, and the subsequent events leading to their attempted marriage. The case is currently under investigation by the authorities.
