Tejaswini Reddy, a girl from Hyderabad who was pursuing higher education in Nottingham, United Kingdom (UK), was stabbed to death by a youth. The incident occurred when a 23-year-old man attacked Tejaswini Reddy and Akhila with a knife. Tejaswini sustained serious injuries and succumbed to them, while Akhila was also injured but is reported to be out of danger.
Arrests Made in Connection with the Incident
The UK Metropolitan Police arrested a 23-year-old man on Tuesday on suspicion of murder. Two other individuals, a 23-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man, were also arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder. The man remains in custody, while the woman was released without further action.

Detective Chief Inspector Linda Bradley, from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, expressed gratitude to the public for sharing information about the suspect and confirmed his custody. In a separate incident, a girl from Hyderabad who was pursuing higher studies in the UK met with a fatal accident caused by a sea wave.
