Bilateral Talks on Economic Cooperation and Ukraine Conflict
During their meeting, Jaishankar and Lavrov engaged in discussions on bilateral economic issues between India and Russia. Additionally, they addressed matters related to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, emphasizing the need for a peaceful resolution.
Second Encounter in a Month
This meeting marked the second time the two leaders met within a month. Their previous encounter occurred during the BRICS summit held in South Africa in June.
