This marks the seventh attempt by the investigating agency to summon the AAP chief. The ED had previously issued the sixth summons on February 14, instructing Kejriwal to appear on February 19.
AAP’s Response to Summons
In response to the repeated summons, AAP issued a statement asserting that the matter is currently in court and is scheduled for a hearing on March 16. The party suggested that instead of daily summons, the ED should await the court’s decision.
