It’s time for most people in the industry to come back to work, and Mithila Palkar‘s going to be back in the groove. In fact, she shared a fairly black and white image from a recent photoshoot in her last social media post.
She wrote, “Good no chill. Together with teaser. I did a great fun shoot with a few great fun peeps! Can’t expect everyone to see you!” The actress has filmed Muramba (2017) and Karwaan (2018), a Hindi movie, in Marathi, and is a major part of digital space.
She talked about her work being balanced, and she said, “I’ve come from that medium, and definitely there’s no hesitation in it. As an actor as well as a member of the public I always choose my projects.
My thoughts are about the diverse roles I want to play and the type of movie or show I want to watch. In theatre, too, I dabble.
During the pandemic, many production theatres, whereas many films were diversified into digital platforms, had performances online.
The only way for entertaining was through the online medium and almost everyone – the actors and the audience – was able to do it in any way.
“Today the border between films and digital spaces has completely fluttered,” the actress continued. Now, as a film actor, a digital actor or a theatre actor, people are not boxing you. We have a shared base to play on for once.”
