A shocking incident unfolded in Delhi’s Tilak Nagar where the body of a Swiss woman was discovered near a Municipal Corporation of Delhi-run school. The police arrested one suspect in connection with the murder.
Discovery of the Body
On Friday, the lifeless body of a woman in her late 30s was found in Tilak Nagar. Her hands and legs were bound with metal chains, and her upper body was concealed within a black garbage disposal bag. The body had started to decompose by the time it was discovered, indicating that some time had passed since the crime had occurred.
The police have apprehended a man identified as Gurpreet, who had reportedly met the victim in Switzerland. It is alleged that he tied the victim’s hands and legs, subsequently committing the murder. Afterward, the accused placed the body in an old car.
The deceased has been identified as a Swiss national from Zurich. The investigation is ongoing, and further details about the case are expected to emerge as the police delve deeper into the matter.
