Reports suggest that the OnePlus Nord 3 will soon be launched as the successor to the OnePlus Nord 2. The smartphone’s design and color options have been revealed through fresh marketing renders. Some sources indicate that the OnePlus Nord 3 could be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 2V, which was previously unveiled in China.
Design and Color Options
New renders of the OnePlus Nord 3, shared by German publication WinFuture, indicate that the smartphone will debut in Europe soon. The renders showcase two color options: the trademark OnePlus blue/green/teal color and a dark grey colorway.
Expected Specifications
The OnePlus Nord 3 is expected to come with a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset, which is a flagship system-on-chip (SoC). This chipset is also used in the OnePlus Pad.
Launch and Availability
The OnePlus Nord 3 5G is anticipated to be launched in India in June. While OnePlus has not officially confirmed the launch, tipster Yogesh Brar claims to have received the specifications of the upcoming phone.
Pricing and Competition
The OnePlus Nord 3 is likely to be priced in the range of Rs 30,000-Rs 32,000. This aligns with the pricing strategy of previous Nord models. Competing smartphones in a similar price category include the Iqoo Neo 7 and Poco F5.
Previous Nord Release
The last Nord device to launch in India was the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite. OnePlus refreshed its Nord lineup with the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G and OnePlus Nord Buds 2 in April. The Nord CE 3 Lite offers affordability along with fast and smooth performance. It features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chipset, a 108MP main camera, and a 5000mAh battery with 67W SUPERVOOC proprietary ultra-fast charging.
As the OnePlus Nord 2 approaches its second anniversary, the OnePlus Nord 3 is set to be unveiled with anticipated improvements in design, specifications, and features. Fans of OnePlus can look forward to the launch of this new smartphone in the near future.
