The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is all set to kick off the online registration process for 5,500 flats in Delhi as part of its FCFS Phase IV of the housing program. The online registration for the DDA Housing Scheme 2023 will begin today at 5 pm. These flats are available in various categories, including 1, 2, and 3 BHK, in locations such as Rohini, Dwarka, Loknayak Puram, Jasola, Narela, and Sirsapur.
Registration Period And Booking Dates
Interested individuals can register online until 10 July. The booking of flats will commence on 10 July at 5 pm. This is a first-come-first-serve basis housing scheme, so those interested should act promptly to secure their preferred flats.
Flats Availability
The DDA has released a notification stating that only 1-BHK units are available in Rohini, Loknatak Puran, and Sirsapur. In Rohini, there are 1704 units available, 140 in Loknatak Puran, and 126 in Loknatak Puran. Meanwhile, Dwarka offers just 50 units for sale, each with two bedrooms. Jasola has 41 3BHK units, and Narela offers 3562 units in 1, 2, and 3 BHK configurations.
Cost Of Flats
The DDA Housing Scheme 2023 offers a wide range of flats with varying prices across different locations. In Rohini, 1 BHK flats are priced between Rs 14.01 lakh to Rs 14.24 lakh, with an area of 33.29-33.85 square meters. Loknayak Puram presents 1 BHK flats priced between Rs 26.98 lakh and Rs 28.47 lakh, covering an area of 42-44.46 square meters. Sirsapur offers 1 BHK flats with tentative prices ranging from Rs 17.41 lakh to Rs 17.71 lakh and an area of 35.76-36.79 square meters.
In Dwarka, 2 BHK flats are priced between Rs 1.25 crore and Rs 1.35 crore, while 3 BHK flats range from Rs 2.08 crore to Rs 2.18 crore. Jasola Vihar features 3 BHK flats with prices falling within the range of Rs 2.08 crore to Rs 2.18 crore.
In Narela, 1 BHK flats are priced between Rs 9.89 lakh and Rs 12.54 lakh, 2 BHK flats range from Rs 13.69 lakh to Rs 23.19 lakh, and 3 BHK flats start from over Rs 1 crore.
How To Apply
To apply for the DDA Housing Scheme 2023, interested individuals should visit the official website of DDA, dda.gov.in/eservices.dda.org.in. They need to create login credentials using their PAN and other details, and then proceed to register themselves for FCFS Phase IV by paying a sum of Rs. 1180/- (Rs. 1000/- towards registration charges and Rs 180/- as GST on the same).
Next, applicants must fill out the online application form and upload the required information. After paying the application fees, they should save the application number for future reference.
