Veteran Harrison Ford of Hollywood has been shoulder injured while he is rehearsing a scene for the latest chapter of the movie franchise ‘Indiana Jones.’ For the fifth time the 78-year-old actor returned to James Mangold‘s role as legendary hero archaeologist.
Disney did not reveal Ford’s injury details, but reported that the filming schedule will be adjusted over “the next weeks.”
“Harrison Ford suffered an injury involving his shoulder during his fighting scene rehearsals.
Manufacturing will continue, while the proper treatment course is assessed and in the next few weeks the film schedule is reconfigured as necessary,” said the studio in a statement.
The production of ‘Indiana Jones 5’ started at Pinewood and other locations in the UK earlier this month.
Mads Mikkelsen, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Boyd Wilson, Thomas Kretschmann, Renee Wilson and Shaunette will appear in the film.
It’ll be produced by Steven Spielberg and Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall, and Simon Emanuel, the leader of the first four films “Indiana Jones.”
