T20 World Cup will be transferred from India to the UAE. The tournament begins the days after the conclusion of the rest of the IPL according to the Nagraj Gollapudi ESPNCricinfo report.
The report states that between 17 October and 14 November, the 16- team tournament will be held. The BCCI has not formally informed the ICC of its plans to move the tournament to the North-East, but it has begun to plan the event.
If the report is to be thought of in the UAE and Oman, the first round of the tournament is divided into two groups.
The first round of matches is organised in both the UAE and Oman to provide enough time for pitches in the UAE to refresh themselves as the three UAE sites will host the IPL games.
It should be noted that the BCCI is still to inform the IPL officially, but the tournament can run from 19 September to 15 October has been widely reported. In this case, a day after the biggest T20 World Cup in the world, the T20 World Cup will start.
