Jharkhand Government’s 80 Schools Of Excellence Set To Enroll 10,500 Students
Out of over 41,000 students, a total of 10,590 students have successfully secured admissions to the Jharkhand government's Schools of Excellence (SoEs). These schools offer a total of 11,936 seats, and 7,499 students have been admitted to classes one, six, and nine. The Jharkhand government's aim is to provide quality education to 15 lakh students studying in state government schools. As part of this educational reform, the government plans to establish 325 block-level schools and 4,091 gram panchayat-level model schools across the state in the second phase.
