Telangana…! As the coronavirus cases decrease, the government of Telangana planed to remove the state’s restrictions of lockout on Wednesday, including a curfew at night on 20 June. The positive cases are down to one percent in the state, according to official updates.
The Telangana government has two plans, one being to continue the night curfew for a week or ten more from 9 a.m. to 6 a.m. The second is to lift the restrictions completely throughout the country.
However, one or two days after that, the final decision will be taken, official sources said to The Hans India.
If the night custody continues at 9 pm the officials have said that film halls and restaurants must reschedule their schedules. And movie theatres, as was done after the restrictions were lifted in the first wave of the pandemic, also need to operate with a few people.
However, if the night curfew continues, the TSRTC bus may not be operable after 8 PM, adding to the company’s significant losses for the past year.
At the moment there are restrictions on checkpoints and no one from other countries is entitled to enter Telangana unless it is a complicated e-pass which is not easily approved.
According to reports, CEO Chandrasekhar Rao will soon meet the CEO and other top officers of the police to make a final lock-out decision in that state.
On Wednesday, Telangana recorded 1,489 new cases, with the tally of 6,07,925 and a death toll of 3,521 with 11 additional deaths.
Telangana’s death toll increased. Most cases in Nalgonda (131) and Khammam (118) di were reported by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) in 175 cases.
