Two women, Pinki (22) and Rakesh Devi (45), residents of Khera Kalan, were shot at by unidentified individuals in Outer Delhi’s Alipur on Diwali day. The incident occurred near Shyam Kanta in Budhpur at around 4:10 PM. The victims sustained gunshot injuries predominantly on their arms and legs.
Emergency Response
DCP (Outer North) Ravi Kumar reported that the victims are currently receiving treatment at Shalimar Max Hospital. Fortunately, their injuries were not life-threatening, and they are now out of danger.
Police Action
Upon receiving a PCR call about the incident, a police team rushed to the spot where they found the injured women. The accused individuals are currently absconding.
