Light Rainfall And Thunderstorms Expected In Telangana And Andhra Pradesh For Next Three Days

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted light to moderate rain and thunderstorms across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh over the next three days. According to IMD, there is a likelihood of light to moderate rain occurring at one or two places in north coastal AP (NCAP), Yanam, SCAP, and Rayalaseema regions during this period.

The Hyderabad meteorological department has issued a warning of thunderstorms accompanied by lightning in several districts of Telangana. These thunderstorms are expected to occur at isolated places in the districts of Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Macherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Siddipet, Yadadri Bhuvangiri, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Medchel Malkajgiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak, Kamareddy, Wanaparthi, Nagarkurnool, and Mahabubnagar.

Temperature Outlook

While light to moderate rain is expected, the IMD has also mentioned that north Telangana districts may experience maximum day temperatures ranging from 42 to 44 degrees Celsius during this period.
