Gas cylindrical exploded in a house eight deaths, causing the collapse of two more contiguous houses. The incident occurred in Wazirganj police circle on Tuesday night.
CEO Yogi Adityanath expressed grief at the incident and instructed the officers to ensure that the injured were properly treated. A total of 15 people were buried and eight of them later saved under the debris according to reports.
