According to reports, Prabhakar Sail, a key witness in the Aryan Khan drug case, died on April 1. Tushar Khandare, Prabhakar Sail’s attorney, confirmed to ANI that the Narcotics Control Bureau witness died of a heart attack at his Chembur, Mumbai, home. He was 37 years old at the time.
Prabhakar Sail, NCB’s panch witness in the drug case on the Cordelia cruise ship, died yesterday.

According to a report in India Today, there is no suspicion of wrongdoing in the Sail family.
Prabhakar Sail, KP Gosavi’s bodyguard, was photographed with Aryan Khan after the latter’s arrest, and the photos quickly went viral on social media. On October 2, Gosavi appeared as an independent witness for the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the Aryan Khan drug bust on the Cordelia cruise ship.
Sail filed an affidavit after Gosawi’s role became questionable, and he was arrested by Pune police in a 2018 cheating case that was still pending before them. According to NCB Special Investigation Team (SIT) files, Sail became hostile during the Aryan Khan drugs investigation.

It was claimed that Minister Malik’s personal vendetta can be seen in his repeated attacks on NCB officer Sameer Wankhede and his attempt to derail a drug bust on a cruise ship.
Arbaaz Merchant, Aryan Khan, and six other revellers were apprehended on a luxury cruise ship on October 3, 2021, while the ship was docked for a rave party. According to reports, cocaine and ecstasy pills were discovered on Khan and others who were with him.
