Potential Host
There have been reports that the Asia Cup could be hosted by the United Arab Emirates (UAE), although an official confirmation is awaited.

The final decision on the matter will be taken in March during the Executive Board meetings of the ICC and ACC. Sethi warned Shah that if BCCI remains firm on its decision, then Pakistan might also pull out of the 2023 ODI World Cup in India.
