Alleged Attempt to Enter Trimbakeshwar Temple
According to reports, a group of people from the Muslim community attempted to forcefully enter the Trimbakeshwar temple in Maharashtra. They were reportedly trying to offer ‘chadar’ to the temple deity. However, the temple’s security guards successfully thwarted their attempt.
Response from Maharashtra Home Minister
Maharashtra Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis has taken note of the incident and ordered a probe into the matter. The home minister has emphasized the importance of taking strict action and has instructed the authorities to register an FIR (First Information Report) regarding the incident.
Formation of SIT
Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis has ordered the formation of an SIT to investigate the Trimbakeshwar temple incident. Temple Trust’s Complaint
