Samsung has expanded its A-series smartphone lineup in India with the launch of Galaxy A54 5G and A34 5G. Both devices will be available from March 28th and can be pre-reserved from March 16 to 27. The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G starts at Rs 38,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant while the Samsung Galaxy A34 5G retails for a starting price of Rs 30,999 for the same variant. The smartphones will be available across Samsung exclusive and partner stores, Samsung.com, and other online platforms.
Camera and Display
The Galaxy A54 5G features a 50MP primary lens and a 12MP ultra-wide shooter, while the A34 comes with a 48MP primary camera and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. Both models also have a 5MP macro lens. Both smartphones come with a Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Battery, Storage, and OS
The devices come equipped with a 5000 mAh battery, which Samsung claims can last for more than two days on a single charge. Both devices offer 8GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage variants with expandable storage capacity of up to 1TB with an optional micro SD card. The Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G run on Android 13 out of the box and support four OS updates and five years of security updates.
Availability and Color Options
Both smartphones come with an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance and will be available in Graphite, Lime, and Silver color options. They will be available from March 28 across Samsung exclusive and partner stores, Samsung.com, and other online platforms.
