With the healing economy, and societal issues India is working towards entrepreneurship and startups with Indian govt introducing startup India and standup India the aspiring start-up planners got motivation and tips from the CEO of SATMAT Group of Pune, Mr. Rohit Ugale.
Mr. Rohit Ugale himself started working on his entrepreneurial dream after his junior college and today owns SATMAT.
On Thursday Mr. Ugale conducted the very first event of ‘SATMAT Sarthak’ online through Zoom for the students of various colleges across India. He interacted with them regarding his startup, ideology risk taking abilities etc.
The virtual conference was based on different factors like risk evaluation, positive attitude for the journey, maintaining survey when researching the market. The businesses man introduced various new concepts and how SATMAT can be a new support system for the aspirants.
The students attending the conference were from various cities across India, like Mumbai, Kolkata, Ranchi, Vishakhapatnam, Nagpur etc.
Aspirants for MPSC and UPSC also joined the conference for a fair societal knowledge.
Rohit has also planned to train this aspirants in next seminar or meeting
Rohit Ugale says “If you can chase your own thinking no one in this world can chase you !”
Mr. Ugale guided the students regarding their careers and how they should utilise their abilities and monetise their skills.
The questions from the students in the conference included Mr. Ugale ‘s story, his journey from a drop out junior college to being a successful entrepreneur.
Risks are what one should have the guts to take for being on the seventh sky. And being a perfect example Mr. Ugale explains the values of how to take risks, and belive in your instincts always.
The virtual conference was all about career guidance. It was the first episode of SATMAT Sarthak’ they also announced through the event that SATMAT will start helping students in programming as a CSR activate.
Such events not only inspire the students but also boost their skills as it allows them to be in this field of entrepreneurship with someone who has himself sat on their benches once but own a chair in his own office today.
