Scott Hall, a two-time WWE Hall of Famer, is still mourned by the wrestling community. Bret “The Hitman” Hart took to Facebook this afternoon to pay tribute to his friend Scott Hall, who wrestled Hart under the ring name Razor Ramon several times in WWE.
“I’m deeply saddened to learn of Scott Hall’s death. I wasn’t close to Scott in his later years, but when I think back, I have many happy and fun memories of the times when he was my friend “According to Bret Hart. “Scott, I believe, bore many heavy crosses long before I met him. He was Owen’s best friend long before he became Razor Ramon. Wrestling life can be so much fun, but it can also take everything you have at the same time. Scott will always be remembered in happier times for his cool, dry sense of humour while playing gently with my sons. We had a lot of matches, and he worked really hard. I enjoyed my matches with him at the Royal Rumble and the inaugural King of the Ring in 1993.”
Scott Hall, according to Bret Hart, is another wrestler who died far too young.
“I remember so many great matches he had with Owen, Davey Boy, Sean Waltman (123 Kid), and Shawn Michaels,” Bret Hart continued. “We’ve lost far too many wrestlers from my era, and this is just one more to add to the list. I won’t point fingers, but I believe that if the days of wrestling 300 days a year had been kinder and more considerate, if we could’ve spent more time at home with our families, many of my old friends and brothers would still be alive. Scott would probably smile if he knew how much he was loved and how much he will be missed. There’s one more wrestler. A fine machine that was taken far too soon. My heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to his family, friends, and loved ones.”
