Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin has confirmed that the DMK party will attend the opposition parties’ meeting in Patna on June 12. However, he has requested a postponement of the meeting as he will be attending the inaugural ceremony of the Mettur Dam on the same day. Stalin also mentioned that Congress President Kharge will be occupied with another event and won’t be able to attend the meeting.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann are scheduled to hold discussions with Tamil Nadu CM Stalin in Chennai. The leaders will discuss the formation of a grand opposition alliance against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the national level.
Kejriwal Seeks DMK’s Support Against Centre’s Ordinance
Ahead of his meeting with CM Stalin, Arvind Kejriwal tweeted that he will seek the support of the DMK against the Centre’s ordinance, which is deemed unconstitutional and undemocratic. The ordinance, issued on May 19, pertains to the creation of an authority for the transfer and posting of Group-A officers in Delhi.
