Anupam Kher said that there are no shorts in order to become a good actor, and one must continue to work hard. Kher offered a piece of advice for emerging actors: “Acting doesn’t have a programme, that’s why people perform at age 80 or later.
My suggestion to emerging actors is to constantly practise their art. The more you practise, the better will you become. You must do a tough job. It is their job to keep understanding every day and to do the same thing over and over again.”
“They must also develop a strong interest in individuals, because people, various people, are actors’ banks. The more people they know, the more emotions they know, the better nine Rasas, different aspects of anger.
I believe that this is important, therefore, and not to bear the burden of who you are. No shortcuts are available to act,” he added. Anupam Kher is an Indian actor and a former president of the Indian Institute of Film and Television.
