We give up many of our favoritisms during our nutrition, the greasy pizza, the tasty burger and the delicious candy of a cake. But what if we told you that you still could have these things and keep a diet? Yes, that’s right, you read!
Weight Loss Diet:
Pizza: A good pizza? That may not sound, but we got a way! Replace the base with a rot rather than a pizza base. To produce the sauce, mix tomatoes, garlic, onions fried, salt and popper to the taste and make it into your own tomato sauce.
Cover the sauce of your rots, add veggies and place a minimum of cheese. It may be baked in a tawa or in the furnace.
Castilians: Are you not missing the days when you order or make a burger with all the fried things at home? But we have to keep a calory check now and make this healthier burger version.
You just have to take a burger bun. Make a patty out of a small potato, shredded carrots, corn, and any other vegetables you have on hand. Prepare a mash by combining these ingredients.
After that, bake them in an oven or on your tawa. To assemble, spread some sauce on the bun, then add your patty, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion. Your burger is done!
Biscuits: Biscuits Do you miss the crunch and softness of cookies? Bake some oat cookies. You’ll need butter, oats, banana, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a few drops of vanilla extract to make this.
By properly combining the ingredients, you will have the batter for your cookies ready.
Sweet Oatmeal Bowl: This oats bowl will satisfy your sweet tooth. To begin, cook your oats in any type of milk you prefer, along with some brown sugar. Then, allow the cooked oats to cool.
Add your favourite fruits from the top, such as mango, banana, and strawberries, as well as some yoghurt to go with it.
Cake: Cake It may sound absurd, but it is entirely possible to make a healthier version of the cake! Ragi, whole wheat flour, banana, baking powder and soda, crushed jaggery, curd, vanilla extract, and raisins are required to make this healthy cake. Combine these flavours to make a nutritious cake.
