Kareena Kapoor Khan had social media excited with a stunning photo of the back bikini practising an asana on the beach on occasion of the International Yoga Day, Bollywood actress.

Not everything, the star who swears by the advantages of yoga has also opened up its journey with the old art.

“For me, my journey into yoga began in 2006 when, in an article that went down to the focus on her asana, I signed Tashan and Jab We Met… an incredible one… which kept me in fitness and strength.”

She admitted, “After two babies and four postpartum months, that she gave a peek on her toneed midriff only a few months after giving birth to her second son… I was exhausted this time and too sorrowful for my return, but today I’m getting to it slowly and steadily.”

“My time for yoga is my time… and consistency is the key, of course… so keep people at it. In this respect I’ll visit #StretchLikeACat and hope you do too,” she signed off and encouraged fans to take yoga into their everyday routine.

With her two boys, Kareena has enjoyed mom time. The actress has been seen recently with Saif Ali Khan and her son, Taimur Ali Khan, enjoying a certain time off.

The actress has been seen living with her gallen friends Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora when she did not spend time at home waiting for the pandemic. While the fans wait for Bebo to announce its big next project, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha,’ which will be reunited with Aamir Khan, will be released by the star.

Kareena also belongs to ‘Takht,’ which will see the screen sharing with Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, etc.

The project was, however, reportedly held in the middle of the pandemic.
