She admitted, “After two babies and four postpartum months, that she gave a peek on her toneed midriff only a few months after giving birth to her second son… I was exhausted this time and too sorrowful for my return, but today I’m getting to it slowly and steadily.”
“My time for yoga is my time… and consistency is the key, of course… so keep people at it. In this respect I’ll visit #StretchLikeACat and hope you do too,” she signed off and encouraged fans to take yoga into their everyday routine.
