When WWE superstar Big E praised Montez Ford, the latter responded. The RAW Superstar was recently interviewed by Bleave in Pro Wrestling about WWE Elimination Chamber, his first defence as US Champion, and other topics. Ford, Montez Montez stated in his response to Big E that Big E’s acknowledgement and gratitude meant a lot to him because they have shared similar experiences and hardships. It means “your peers believe it’s your time, your time to get cooking, and it’s deserving,” he says. “Especially coming from someone I like…one of the people I’ve looked up to and idolised before I even got into business, Big E, being a part of New Day and everything they’ve done and paved the way for myself and a lot of other a lot of other my peers as well, but specifically myself,” Big E says.
Montez went on to say that people like Big E have been a source of motivation and inspiration for him and many others. This is how they perceive me, so I must be doing something right if they are willing to express their opinion. He went on to say that having someone of Big E’s stature recognise their efforts is extremely flattering, and he thanks God for him.
Montez Ford will compete in WWE Elimination Chamber 2023.
On February 18, Montez Ford faced Bronson Reed, Johnny Gargano, Damian Priest, Seth Rollins, and the champion, Austin Theory, for the Men’s United States Championship at WWE Elimination Chambers 2023. (ET). Ford was injured during the match by a stomp from Seth Rollins and had to be helped out of the ring.
